Special Wheat Dosa and Coconut Chutney


Wheat flour-2 cups

Grated Coconut-2 tbsp

Onion-1 small(chopped)

Curry leaves-a few

Water-as needed




Mix wheat flour,water and salt and make it into a loose batter without lumps.Add onion,coconut(i forgot to add coconut.But it adds more taste to dosa) and curry leaves and mix well.Heat a non-stick pan and pour a laddle full of batter to the pan and spread it in a circular motion.Cook it for 2 mins and flip the other side.

Coconut Chutney


Grated coconut-1 1/2 cup

Red Chillies-2 -3 nos

Garlic-2 nos

Curry leaves-a few




Grind all the above ingredients with little water.
